"M.O.R.E. provides remarkable intelligence to our building decisions. Only with MORE can one understand the relationships which exist among lot sales, permits, new and existing closings on a geographic submarket basis. With such intelligence go/no go decisions are considerably more rational and informed."

Our History

In 1986, M.O.R.E. became a pioneer in market research for the housing industry by using portable computers to collect and accurately analyze data. Quality market research data was available to builders of all size at affordable prices.

In 1990, Charles G. Graham and J. Frank Newton published “From Plan to Profit: A Management Handbook for Home Builders” organizing on paper the use of statistics as an aid to a successful home building business. The methods presented there are the methods taught today by the Institute of Residential Marketing. The analyses and analytics produced by M.O.R.E. are the logical extension of those processes presented for today’s markets.

Today, we are as committed as ever to turn accurate data collection into informative analyses to provide you actionable knowledge leading to successful decisions.

"Without M.O.R.E. development decisions would be most difficult. With MORE we are able to discern key relationships among lot size, price and absorption on a geographic submarket basis. MORE is unique among other providers in its tracking of these measures."
